Please include your iPhone model, iOS version and app version, and describe what happened. Screenshots help. Before you send one, check that it doesn’t show anything you’d rather keep private, such as notifications or other apps. How we handle your message is described in the privacy policy.

Restore your subscription

On a new iPhone or after reinstalling the app, open Me, tap your profile and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with. You can also restore from the Pro screen.

Cancel or change your plan

Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → theMonolith. In the app, open Me, tap your profile and choose Manage subscription. A switch between monthly and yearly starts on your next renewal date. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, which also handles refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where are my habits? Can I move them to a new iPhone?

Everything is stored only on your iPhone. theMonolith has no accounts and no cloud sync. When you move to a new iPhone, Quick Start or restoring a recent iCloud or computer backup usually brings the app’s data along too. It only works if the backup includes theMonolith. We can’t recover data that isn’t on your iPhone or in a backup. Deleting the app deletes its data.

What is a perfect day?

A day on which you complete every habit scheduled for it. Each perfect day lays one piece of your build. Every build has 365 pieces, a full year of perfect days.

What are shields?

For every 7 days in a row you earn a shield, up to three. If you miss a day, a shield is used automatically and your streak is saved.

Reminders don’t arrive

Check that notifications for theMonolith are allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications and that a Focus isn’t silencing them. Reminders are set separately for each habit in the app.

Widgets

Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget and choose theMonolith. Lock Screen widgets are added when you customise the Lock Screen. You can check off habits right in the widget.

Language

theMonolith is available in 15 languages and follows your iPhone’s language. You can choose another one in Me → Language.
