Licence

theMonolith is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add details about the subscription and support. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.

Free version and theMonolith Pro

You can use theMonolith for free with one active habit and three builds. theMonolith Pro unlocks unlimited habits and all builds, both the current ones and those added in future updates.

Subscription and billing

• theMonolith Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, available monthly or yearly. Both plans include the same features. The current price in your local currency is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. If your plan includes a free trial, the paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and is charged to your Apple Account, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the app: open Me, tap your profile and choose Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• You can switch between the monthly and yearly plan in the same place. The new plan starts on your next renewal date.
• A free trial, when offered, is available once per Apple Account to subscribers who have not used an introductory offer for theMonolith Pro before. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Prices may change. Apple informs subscribers about price increases in advance and asks for consent where required.

Refunds and consumer rights

Purchases are processed by Apple, so Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.

If Pro ends

Your data stays on your iPhone. Existing habits keep working, and a build already in progress can be completed. Adding habits beyond the free limit and starting Pro builds need an active subscription again.

Your data

Your habits and progress are stored only on your device. We do not keep a copy, so we cannot restore lost data. Keep your device backups turned on if you want to protect it. More details are in the privacy policy.

theMonolith helps you keep track of habits. It does not provide medical, health or other professional advice. Ask a qualified professional before making significant changes to your exercise, diet or treatment.

Changes

We may update the app and change or add features. A change will not remove your data or the protection described in “If Pro ends”.

We may also update these terms, for example when the app or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with its effective date reasonably in advance of it taking effect. Changes do not apply retroactively to a subscription period you have already paid for. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel the subscription, and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
